I perform music regularly at Hilltop Park Post Acute and from what I see the residents seem well cared for and always eager and happy for live music, often not shying from requesting songs!. The staff is helpful and attentive. I give four stars instead of five simply because I do not know everything about the business or the facility, though I suspect it is well run.

I had to make the difficult decision to place my daddy in LTC. I was amazed at the level of support/communication I received from the marketer;Brittany. Upon admission the nurses went above and beyond to support my daddy throughout his transition into LTC. The ADON Daniel, is ALWAYS responsive to my calls/questions. The nurse manager Almaz is one of the best nursing I have met. Alamz is so patient with my daddy and redirects him with kindness/compassion. Jen, the Actiivites Director, has gone above and beyond to ensure my daddy and I maintain a relationship; as I reside out of state. Jen conducts weekly video calls for my daddy and I to see each other and chat. I would like to thank The Hilltop team for everything each of them do daily to ensure my daddy recieves quality care with dignity. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY!

I have had the pleasure of doing some work here as a painter who comes in to teach painting classes. This facility is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the residents appear happy and well taken care of. I have worked at many nursing home/assisted living facilities in the state, and Hilltop is definitely a place I would feel comfortable sending a loved one.

I am truly impressed with the incredible transformation this skilled nursing facility has undergone. From the moment you walk in, the updated environment feels warm, modern, and welcoming nothing like the traditional institutional setting. What stands out even more is how the improvements go far beyond just the physical appearance. The quality of care has noticeably elevated. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and genuinely invested in each resident’s well-being.

Very happy with this facility and the activities department. My aunt is currently housed there and she loves to participate especially because the director there speaks Spanish and is able to explain things to her. The department does different activities to keep everyone happy and engaged! Highly recommend this facility

Hilltop is great! My family member stayed here. The environment is welcoming, staff are consistently friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents. It is a clean environment, the quality of the food is good, and they have a variety of activities for residents.

My grandma admitted on hospice to hilltop park post acute. She lived there for 2 months before passing. I am beyond grateful for the hilltop park staff for making her and my family feel comfortable, supported, and at ease during the last few months of her life. The admissions director made our transition from home to the nursing facility so easy and seamless. The nursing staff was fantastic with the director of nursing, floor nurses, and CNAs. The social services department was very knowledgeable and supportive to myself, my grandma, and other family present. They kept close communication with hospice and were a great listening ear. From admission to the time she passed, I am so glad she was at Hilltop.

I recently had a family member who needed to move into a skilled nursing care facility, and after a lot of research and touring, I chose Hilltop Park Post Acute. I live out of state, so I’ve had to fly back and forth during this process, which has been challenging and stressful at times. From the very beginning, the Director of Nursing was absolutely wonderful—patiently answering all of my questions, providing reassurance, and making sure I felt informed every step of the way. That level of communication meant so much, especially given the distance. After touring the facility, I knew this was the right place for my family member to receive the best care possible. Hilltop Park is not only a beautiful facility, but provides some of the best care you can find in Denver.

I am writing this review on behalf of the patients at this place the CNAs are very rude disrespectful and treat each individual as they are trash they don’t take care of the patients they say they do but they don’t they argue with them they don’t feed them right and they constantly let people die because they don’t check on their oxygen or make sure the individuals okay and alive my mother goes here and I am very terrified that one of these days I’m going to get a call that these individuals who are unprofessional did not take care of my mom and she passed away they don’t feed my mom the food that she truly needs she asks and she puts him request more than once on multiple locations they messed up her food are lost her piece of paper to a certain extent I understand losing it once or twice but losing it constantly for two three four five week straight is wrong so either they fix this or I’m going to go to the health board to make sure that they fix what’s going on and if anybody reads this please please do not send your loved ones somewhere else
